- You agree to not resell, redistribute, replicate, or otherwise distribute/share any of the products or ideas which were created for you as part of the purchased service. If it is found that you breached this term, Wholesale Hacker will be entitled to all revenue earned by you or your company for such resell, redistribution, replication, etc. Additionally, you may be liable for all losses experienced by Wholesale Hacker as a result of your breach, including but not limited to brand recognition, revenue, advertising, etc. You will agree to financially compensate Wholesale Hacker for any loss, as well as pay any and all applicable legal & lawyer fees associated with recovering such losses.
- You and your company shall indemnify, reimburse, defend and hold harmless Wholesale Hacker, its members, managers, officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, holdings and assigns from and against all losses, liabilities, damages, settlements, claims, actions, suits, penalties, fines, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees, and other costs of investigation or defense at any stage of the proceedings) to relating to claims, actions, or demands which arise or are connected with services performed on behalf of your purchase.
- Wholesale Hacker agrees to not borrow, take, sell, or distribute any data or information collected from you or your company as part of the process for executing the services purchased and performed.
- Refund Policy: Refunds are only available prior to the initial creation of the purchased Wholesale Hacker system (in the form of a new Podio Workspace) on your Podio account. We have a unique one-time payment model and build each workspace from scratch, meaning once it’s built, you have complete ownership and control over this workspace with no risk of losing access to the workspace or data. Once the new Podio Workspace is created on your Podio account, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund as we are unable to remove / recover the newly-built system. Should a refund be required prior to the initial creation of the purchased Wholesale Hacker system, you are responsible for the transaction fees associated with the purchase / refund and the refund will be less the transaction fee amounts.
