Our company is a leading Podio development company, and we provide real estate investors the necessary CRM that they need in order to run their business efficiently.  We offer 3 different package options, turn-key:

1.  Basic – This system is a great start, and includes EVERYTHING you see in the video demos up until the Offers section and beyond.  You will not be able to upgrade this system to one of the other systems due to code limitations, however we do offer discounted Pro & Enterprise packages for customers who have purchased Basic.
2.  Pro – This system offers EVERYTHING you see in the video demos, except:  Ringless Voicemail Drip Campaigns, Cold Calling Webform integration, and   KPI Tracking.  You can upgrade to the Enterprise package from the Pro package later, but it is less cost efficient to do so.
3.  Enterprise – This system offers EVERYTHING you see in the video demos.

Set Up Costs

For any of the 3 packages listed above, we charge a 1 time set up fee, and that’s all you pay us – no subscription to us.  However, remember, we are building YOUR workspace, so you will need a couple subscriptions (some are free) for us to build your workspace, see below.

Subscriptions Needed

1.  Podio Premium – $24/mo (Required for Basic, Pro, and Enterprise packages)
2.  RightSignature – $12/mo (Required only for Pro and Enterprise packages if you want the ability to send contracts for eSignature)
3.  ClickSend SMS – $0/mo to $14/mo depending on your choice (Required for Basic, Pro, and Enterprise packages)
4.  Lob – $0/mo (Required only for Pro and Enterprise packages if you want the ability to send contracts via USPS)
5.  Zapier – $0/mo (Required only for Pro and Enterprise packages)
6.  VoIP system (Vumber or CallRail) – $9.99/mo and up depending on package (Required for integrating your marketing phone numbers for all systems)
7.  InvestorCarrot or other website – Cost varies (Required only if you want to integrate in your website, not required)
8.  Slybroadcast – $0/mo (Required only for Enterprise packages)

Do we offer support for the system?

We offer 30 days of unlimited email support for all builds & custom development work.  Since we are not a subscription based business, we cannot support every customer for the lifetime of their system, economically.  However, we recognize that people love having us on their side, so we do offer a continued support plan that you are able to subscribe to.
